This notice applies to the application (hereinafter referred to as "Application") created by Miye Luo (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

All art assets within the Application, including but not limited to illustrations, icons, character designs, background images, textures, and UI elements, are my original works and are protected by the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" and international copyright conventions.

Important Notice: Without my explicit written permission, no individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, or sell any art assets from the Application in any form.

Permitted Uses

These assets are limited to personal non-commercial use, including:

Personal study, research, or appreciation
Non-profit educational or cultural dissemination activities
Personal social media sharing (source must be credited)

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using assets for commercial purposes (such as advertising, product packaging, film and television works, etc.) without permission
Distributing assets after modification or re-creation
Reselling or authorizing third parties to use the assets
Deleting or obscuring copyright marks in the assets
